Abstract
Discusses what should be included to comprise a complete and effective law school curriculum. It addresses whether the program leading to a first degree in law should be designed to train “generalists” or “specialists.” Further, it contemplates how many years the program needs to be and what pre-legal conditions law school applicants should satisfy. Lastly, it provides a breakdown of a potential two year J.D. program.
