Abstract
Starting from a population of hematopoietic stem cells, myeloid differentiation is a highly regulated process that gives rise to mature myeloid cells including granulocytes and macrophages. The purpose of this study was to gain insights into the molecular control mechanisms imderlying myeloid development through identifying and characterizing regulators of myeloid differentiation and proliferation.
