Abstract
Professor Arnold H. Loewy presents an interesting solution to the current drug problems in the United States: government-owned drug shops, selling marijuana, cocaine, and heroin to licensed individuals. Professor Loewy discusses the failures of the current anti-drug enforcement campaign and looks at how his proposal could remedy the majority of those issues. He then discusses the various benefits of government-owned drug sales.
