Surveys civil procedure cases decided by the Fifth Circuit during the survey period. The cases focused on the scope of trial court powers in case administration, but topics include forum challenges for the international litigant, discovery for the international litigant, pretrial procedure, judicial responsibility, enforcement of judgments and decrees, and appellate sanctions.
