Abstract
Discusses the applicable law and relevant ethical standards that govern conflicts of interest in the current practice of litigation in Texas. The article also addresses many areas of emerging litigation, including issues concerning former, current, and future attorney-client relationships. The purpose of this article is to inform practicing attorneys of the problems and pitfalls that may produce an undesirable result during litigation.
