Abstract
Between July 1, 2009, and June 30, 2010, the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit decided about 110 insurance-law or insurance-related disputes. The overwhelming majority of those rulings appeared as slip opinions. The Fifth Circuit's panels, however, collectively issued twenty five thoroughly researched and fairly long insurance-related decisions. Of the latter number, twelve opinions are discussed in this review.
