Abstract

This dissertation investigates the factors that contribute to the improvement of career and college readiness in a rural district, with a specific focus on the role of Career Technical Education (CTE) programs. The study aims to identify strategies that ensure the sustainability of CTE initiatives, promote student motivation, and increase academic engagement in order to enhance students' preparation for post-secondary education and future careers.
