Abstract
This paper is a review of recent testing of a new IVA pressure garment / space suit assembly. Relevant environment testing is reviewed, including the highest fidelity level D simulators, turbo and glider aircraft in flight, and hypobaric chamber experiments. The suit is tested at a range of pressures from 1.7 psid to 3.7 psid. The suit is found to be capable of complex in-flight pilot-oriented tasks while pressurized.
