Chapter 15. Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship and of the Rights of an Alleged or Probable Father

Provides commentary on Chapter 15 of the Texas Family Code involving the termination of the parent-child relationship. It is the final and irreversible severance of all legal rights and duties between parent and child.
