Abstract

Architecture is directly influenced by the world in which we live. The systems view of the world has given us a higher level of understanding of the way in which we relate to each other and to each micro and macro system in our universe. Architectural design must develop as a means of furthering our interconnectedness with the world in which we live. This means as architect's we must tune ourselves in to "our world" and develop conscientious designs that sustain life. We must look to our environment for solutions to today's and tomorrow's problems. Every decision we make today will have an impact on tomorrow. Each decision must be made with great care ... so others may benefit.
