Abstract
Arnold Loewy and Charles Moster debate the actions of athletes such as Colin Kaepernick, the San Francisco 49ers quarterback who protests during the playing of the national anthem. Moster is a former litigation attorney in the Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush presidential administrations who currently has offices in Lubbock and Amarillo, and Arnold is the George Killiam Professor of Law at Texas Tech School of Law.
