Abstract
Analyzes the most significant cases involved in evidentiary issues decided between June 1991 and May 1992 by the Fifth Circuit. These cases cover topics such as regarding the admissibility of expert testimony, character evidence; various exceptions to hearsay; the nature, extent and scope of the attorney-client privilege; and the admissibility of evidence to prove damages.
