Abstract

Discusses the Texas equitable bill of review. This concept deals with the procedure to obtain relief from an incorrect final judgement in Texas. The author concludes that the Texas equitable bill of review procedure is needlessly complicated and allows injustice to go unaltered. The article also proposes alternatives and modifications to the current rule.
