Abstract

Survey of United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from July 1, 1982 through June 30, 1983. During the survey period, the Fifth Circuit addressed issues concerning two environmental statutes. This article will discuss opinions interpreting the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendment and a decision providing a comprehensive analysis of the National Environmental Policy Act.
