A retirement village

This program consist of a 76 unit housing complex for the elderly , who are predominately independent , located in the Leftwich Monterey Heights Neighborhood in Lubbock, Texas. The site is over 26 acres, with the actual building site being less than two acres. The housing complex will concentrate using Green architecture design. This will be accomplished by it's chosen design and materials.The remaining acreage would be sold and developed for other retail usage or could be later used for project expansion. The expansion could include for other types of elderly housing other than independent elderly housing which is the subject of this program.
