History of the School of Law of Texas Tech University

Richard B. Amandes, dean of the Texas Tech University School of Law, provides a detailed history of the law school which begins with the “project” envisioned by West Texas lawyer Alvin R. Allison in the early 1960s and continues through the accreditation of the school in 1970.
