Abstract
Discusses means of reaching and obtaining the property awarded to a party in a divorce decree when the party is unable to obtain property to satisfy the judgment and is unable to obtain relief by contempt. The article discusses three methods, including motions in aid and clarifications of judgments, the turnover statute, and judgment and equitable liens. The article discusses some historical background and analyzes the functional analysis of the current law.
