Consumer Law

Survey of United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s consumer law decisions from July 1, 1979, through June 30, 1980. The Fifth Circuit was particularly active in the consumer law area during this year's survey period. In examining the decisions, this survey will focus on four topics: attorneys' fees, rescission, Regulation Z language, and credit card provisions.
