Civil Rights: Survey

Surveys civil rights cases from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for the period from September 1, 1974, through August 31, 1975. The survey covers the following topics: the fourteenth amendment, education, prisoner’s rights, and employment discrimination. The case analysis includes examining the case outcomes and how the decisions might affect future litigation.
