Survey of United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s decisions during the pertinent portions of 1981-1982 on admiralty law. The survey covers litigation on four topics including: (1) ancillary jurisdiction, (2) Suits in Admiralty Act, (3) expansion of the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act, and (4) the nonrecovery of attorney’s fees in a contribution claim.
