Role of NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury

[From Chapter 1] We hypothesized that NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase plays a major role in the pathophysiology of hepatic l/R injury. To test our hypothesis, we formulated the following specific aims:
