Abstract
Voiceprints were admitted as evidence in a Florida criminal case against the defendant’s objections and helped to secure his conviction. As the reliability of voiceprints and spectrogram analysis continues to be proven by scientific evidence, the author argues that the courts and law enforcement should begin to utilize these tools more often.
