Discusses six antitrust cases decided by the Fifth Circuit between June 1991 and May 1992. The antitrust decisions during this period did not plow any new ground. Consistent with recent trends, defendants fared better than plaintiffs. Covered topics including the Sherman Act (Section I), the Bank Holding Company Act, Limitations, and Class Actions.
