Survey of administrative law and procedure decisions from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for the period from July 1, 1982, through June 30, 1983. The Fifth Circuit rendered a number of administrative law decisions during the survey period. One case in particular is worthy of discussion. In this case, the court discussed two areas of particular significance: the standard of judicial review under the Consumer Product Safety Act and the choice of statutory vehicles available to promulgate safety standards.en_US
