Abstract

Lawyers have often spent much time practicing the writing of memos, briefs, and opinion letters, but many do not put much thought into writing letters to opposing counsel. The author cautions attorneys to spend more time and mental effort when composing letters to opposing counsel and offers tips to help produce a more effective product.
