dc.description.abstractA survey of the admiralty cases decided by the Fifth Circuit during the survey period of July 1984 to June 1985. The author looked at all sixty opinions published and limited the article to four basic areas which have significantly evolved during the survey period. These areas are personal injury, collision and casualty damages, forum non conveniens, and the Death on the High Seas Act.en_US
