The Lubbock aquarium and synergy

Thesis Statement To design a synergistic system that include all the parts of a building integrated firmly so that subject and object become one event. Project Scope In order to become a synergistic system, the facility must be able to serve the community in several interrelated areas such as a learning or interacting, social discourse and commerce. Facility Type The project will be an exhibition structure significantly sized to be economically viable for the community of Lubbock, Texas. This facility will be an aquarium that will patronize all age, ethnic and economic groups of the area and will operate year round. Context Statement The project will be located on the Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos River, east of the city of Lubbock.
