The apartment building will consist of amenities such as a swimming pool, and an exercise facility, a parking garage and two sizes of lofts. The overall site square footage is 19,500. Vehicle - Minimalism will be achieved in the creation of a new building that will house loft apartments. Context - The site for this loft apartment building will be downtown Lubbock, Texas.
