Survey Admiralty

Discusses the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals admiralty decisions including the topics; on the jurisdiction, the offshore oil platform, the Morange doctrine, and seaman pro hoc vice. Additionally, the author looks at the issues associated with injured seaman, cargo, and salvage. The author concludes that there are several unanswered questions that will undoubtedly be answered by future decisions.
