Abstract
Discusses the importance of the United States labor laws. The author observes how a majority of the labor law decisions rendered by the Fifth Circuit this term involved the National Labor Relations Act and the Labor Management Relations Act. The author focuses on the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Railway Labor Act, and the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act.
