Abstract
Introduces the survey of labor law cases from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The author provides a brief summary of the cases contained in the survey. Here the author states why certain types of cases were chosen over other cases. Rather than view the circuit through that fascinating choice-of-law cases or other "key" decision, the author has decided to look at a sampling of more mundane, but not less important, run-of-the-mill National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) cases.
