Abstract
Examines the topic of political science of juvenile and criminal justice. Argues that thinking about where in the American federal system to focus reform efforts can help serve the interests of kids. Discuses the biases commonly found in legal academics that need to be confronted and corrected before law schools can become efficient in finding the appropriate paths to reform.
