Abstract
Surveys recent developments in admiralty and maritime law, covering case law, statutes, and regulations. In addressing the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (“LHWCA”), the article focuses on workers' compensation and third party negligence provisions of the Act. This article emphasizes the law of the Fifth Circuit.
