Abstract
Discusses one issue raised by this topic: How should courts distinguish between true threats and constitutionally protected speech in cases involving Internet speech? This topic is both timely and important because the "current jurisprudence" on this issue is "hopelessly confused, and courts are reaching radically different results in relevantly similar cases.
