Abstract

Address the questions of whether business method patents truly survived the United States Supreme Court's ruling in Bilski v. Kappos, and if they did survive, whether they are worthwhile. It will also discuss the worthiness of a true business method patent given the United States Patent and Trademark Office's reaction to the Bilski decision.
