Abstract
Surveys administrative law and procedure decisions from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for the period from September 1, 1977, through June 30, 1978. This survey covers cases relating to administrative procedure decisions and a review and analysis of significant substantive law decisions. Focuses on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decisions due to the large number of cases and the continued importance of energy law during this time of energy shortage.
