Abstract
Examines the Texas Supreme Court’s case Frost National Bank of San Antonio v. Newton. In Newton, the Court held that a trust may not be terminated by a judicial determination that its main purpose had been accomplished when the express terms of the trust “provide[d] for its termination upon the happening of specified events.”
